Laurel’s approach draws from emotion-focused therapy (EFT), parts work, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy in tandem with creative expressions sand tray. When working with children, she utilizes child centered play therapy (CCPT) to harness one’s inherent ability to heal themselves when given a warm and supportive environment with the proper resources.
