Dandilion Davenport, or Dandi (she, her, hers), offers personal yoga, reiki, and sound healing sessions. Her newest offering is integrative nutrition health coaching, incorporating relaxation, Ayurveda, meditation, and more into her practice. She recently graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and learned from teachers such as Andrew Weil, Andrea Beaman, and Deepak Chopra.
Dandi is a registered yoga teacher who received her training locally from Susi Amendola at Yoga Now. She enjoys teaching yoga as a form of self-inquiry and healing, leading restorative yoga and relaxing Hatha-style classes. Dandi utilizes singing bowls and other instruments in all of her classes, tools that use the power of vibration to realign the frequencies of the body to a place of deep relaxation and peace. Weekly classes incorporate more than just postures, including the importance of breath work, imagery, meditation, and extended relaxation.
Dandilion discovered yoga in 2014 at a retreat in the beautiful mountains of Colombia. It was there that she reawakened her passion for connecting with the divine intelligence of Mother Nature. She is on a journey to find a harmonious balance in her relationship with the elements and is also passionate about empowering others to become aware of their body, mind, and spirit connection. She loves encouraging clients to take the lead in discovering their own path to health, wellness, and healing.
