Paula (she, her, hers) found yoga as a form of exercise but quickly fell in love with the mind/body connection. Realizing that yoga is beneficial to anyone inspired her to enroll in teacher training so that she could help others through their personal practice. Paula completed her 200-hour teacher certification at Omaha Yoga & Bodywork Center. She was trained in Hatha yoga which teaches from the Himalayan tradition-emphasizing ancient wisdom through simple practices. Her classes will include a combination of centering, movement (postures), breath work, imagery, meditation, and relaxation. This complete form of yoga honors the tradition and the teachers from India who brought this practice to the west and makes it accessible to all skill levels. Slow down. Unplug. Enjoy!
