Cranial Sacral Therapy Massage

Cranial sacral therapy massage is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the bones, membranes, and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The therapist uses light touch and gentle manipulation to release tension and restrictions in the craniosacral system, which can help to improve the functioning of the nervous system, reduce pain and discomfort, and promote relaxation and overall well-being.

The therapy is based on the idea that the craniosacral system is connected to all other systems in the body, and that by releasing tension in this system, the body can better heal itself and maintain balance and harmony. Cranial sacral therapy massage is often used to treat a variety of conditions, including headaches, neck and back pain, stress and anxiety, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
