200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our 200-hour program starts anytime between now and March 8, 2025. You decide what works best for you! You must complete your 10 weekend modules by March 1, 2026.

An integrative approach to YTT

Omaha Integrative Care has a unique and multi-faceted approach to Yoga that we call RESET. Our RESET approach includes an emphasis within Yoga on:

  • Resiliency
  • Embodiment
  • Somatics (Soma = Body)
  • Energy
  • Techniques/Training

Our curriculum has a focus on nervous system regulation throughout, which is integral in emotional regulation and the ability to learn to rest, relax, and release stress. We emphasize accessibility, restoration, and the application of Yoga to everyday life. Yoga at OIC goes well beyond the mat.

Build-Your-Own Curriculum

Our open enrollment curriculum allows you to completely customize your training experience.

1 required module (March 8-9) + 9 elective modules of your choosing = Full 10-module curriculum

We can offer this format because each weekend will always include the required elements of functional anatomy, subtle body anatomy, asana (poses), pranayama (breath) teaching technique, philosophy, mindfulness, and more.

This allows you to tailor your experience and pay as you go OR pay in full before you start and SAVE! If you would like to pay as you go, you will need to email Carole to discuss your customized curriculum and payment at c.westerman@omahaic.com . If you would like to pay in full and save, sign up by clicking below.
