Yoga for Well-Being

When: Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 a.m.

What: An ideal midweek reset designed to focus on the softer side of Yoga that supports holistic health, overall well-being, and stress reduction. We will include Yin stretches, a few standing poses for balance, breath awareness, Restorative supported poses, Mindfulness, and relaxation. This class is a nice warm welcome to our Yoga program, and/or a comfy place to return to again and again. Each week is slightly different, and some weeks we may use the wall and/or chair. All are welcome.

Who is this class for? Anyone who prefers a traditional yoga class that is slow and gentle.
