When: Fridays 10:30-11:30 a.m.

What: A steady flowing class that guides you on a complete mind-body yoga journey with a focus on alignment. Options are given to participants so they can develop at their own pace, from beginner to advanced. Develop confidence and strength with this compassionate class taught to the potential within. Allow yourself to be gentle in practice as you find intention through breath awareness and self-appreciation.

Who is this class for? Anyone who wants to grow in your own personal journey, and realize you have everything you need within yourself to live to your full potential.
