In the wake of the recent election — as well as everything else going on in the world — many of us may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and emotionally dysregulated. With this in mind, Omaha Integrative Care providers are offering a limited number of FREE group support sessions. These sessions are open to the community and are focused on processing emotions and exploring practices for relaxation and self-regulation. These sessions will be held on Zoom and are open to all.

- Julie Luzarraga is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the Founder of OIC. In her 50-minute session, she will provide a safe and intentional space for processing thoughts and emotions. She will also provide opportunities for exploring and experiencing self-regulation practices.

- Stephanie Watson is a Register Yoga Teacher and Master Reiki Practitioner. In her 30-minute session, she will provide guided relaxation, meditation, and breathwork practices to help soothe and regulate the nervous system.
