It’s time to fill up your cup, your self-love and self-compassion cup. As we transition into warmer weather and sunshine it becomes easier to find energy and enthusiasm. However, there will always be the days that your cup seems a little less full. Being mindful of the levels of your cup and replenish when needed.
Replenishing can be as simple as writing this down and taping it to your computer, or a quick 10 minute meditation when you are feeling a little stressed. Self-care IS NOT hard, it’s not something you should have to dig and dig for. Self-care is necessary. Confidence in WHO you are, is necessary. You deserve to have a full cup, everyday.
