Appointment Cancellations or Changes

We value your time and commitment to your health and seek to provide the highest level of care.  In order to help us provide this for each patient we ask that you honor our 24-hour notice of cancellation or appointment change in the event another client may need that time. There is a late cancelation or no-show fee that is automatically posted to your account.

Please note that if your treatments are covered under insurance, you must pay this amount out of pocket – we cannot bill insurance for missed treatments. We understand that some events are unavoidable.  If you have questions please discuss this with your practitioner.

Confidentiality

Your patient records and information will be kept confidential and shared only when necessary to provide care and services, or by your authorization, or when required or permitted by law.

Payment Methods

We accept American, Express, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, checks, and cash.

Insurance

We are contracted with most insurance providers.  Your coverage depends on what type of plan you have.  Please review and complete our Benefits Verification Form to help you better understand your benefits with the practitioners at OIC.

Health Savings Accounts

If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account), through this account you may be able to pay for acupuncture services, massage, yoga, and supplements with pre-tax dollars.  It is important that you call to verify what services are eligible under your particular plan. We can provide a superbill for massage and acupuncture services.

Winter Weather Policy

Omaha Integrative Care follows Millard Public Schools. If Millard Public Schools calls the school off, due to snow or ice, our Integrative Experience Team will not be in. However, it is at the discretion of your provider to determine if your session is still happening. If you have an appointment during a day our Integrative Experience Team is not in, your appointment will stay unless otherwise notified. Yoga classes and groups are also canceled when MPS calls off school.
